These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SESPECA LLC website (sespeca.com) and the SESPECA Client Portal application (app.sespeca.com), operated by SESPECA LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("SESPECA," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SESPECA LLC is a licensed general contractor providing residential, commercial, and government construction, remodeling, painting, and concrete services in South Florida and beyond.
The SESPECA Client Portal is a private web application that allows our clients to:
The Client Portal is available by invitation only. Access is granted exclusively to clients of SESPECA LLC who have received an official invitation. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@sespeca.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Invitation links are personal, non-transferable, and expire within 7 days of issuance. Each invitation may only be used once.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content on sespeca.com and the Client Portal — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software — is the property of SESPECA LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By uploading photos or documents to the Client Portal, you grant SESPECA LLC a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you. We will not use your project photos publicly without your explicit consent.
Invoice payments made through the Client Portal are processed by Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. SESPECA LLC does not store credit card or bank account information. All payment transactions are subject to Square's terms of service.
All amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Payment obligations are governed by the construction contract entered into between you and SESPECA LLC.
By enabling push notifications or providing your email address, you consent to receive project-related communications from SESPECA LLC, including milestone updates, document notifications, and invoice alerts. You may opt out at any time by adjusting your device notification settings or contacting us.
The SESPECA website and Client Portal are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SESPECA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — our digital services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our digital services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SESPECA LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
